In 2019, a significant partnership with Michelin reshaped our path. Michelin sought our expertise to manage and enhance the online presence of their vast network of stores – a collaboration that would establish our path into the world of multi-location operations.
Working closely with Michelin, we learned, adapted, and grew together. We gained firsthand understanding of location owner’s & franchisee’s needs, the challenges of scaling digital efforts, and the power of a unified brand presence. This still-thriving partnership provided invaluable insights.
The knowledge gained from our work with Michelin was too important not to share. We saw a clear need for a dedicated solution to help multi-location brands navigate the digital landscape effectively.
