We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on OnEveryMap subscriptions. If you are a new customer and are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund of the subscription fees you have paid for that period.
- The guarantee applies once per customer and covers only the first 30 days from the start date of your first paid subscription.
- To request a refund, contact us within the 30-day period using the details in Section 4 and state your account details. The date we receive your request determines whether it falls within the period.
- The guarantee covers OnEveryMap subscription fees. Third-party charges and any bespoke or one-off onboarding work already delivered are excluded where applicable.
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, normally within 14 days.
- After the first 30 days you can still cancel at any time. Monthly plans have no long-term contract and cancellation stops future billing; annual plans remain active until the end of the paid term.
This guarantee is a voluntary commitment and does not limit any rights you may have under applicable Thai consumer protection law.
